Random videos about video games. Whether it’d be longplays or just fun little bits and bobs.
From 2009, my complete playthrough of The Punisher for NES. Originally recorded on VHS tape, then transferred to DVD Recording, then ripped to less than stellar quality and turned into a medium quality video with half the frames missing.
Oh, and this was played on an FC Twin clone console. No commentary.
Testing a live recording with the Yeti while finding the right settings to run Mega Man X for MS-DOS for the purposes of a possible future video.
Meh…
Testing some video settings and then I managed to pull off something I’ve never done before.
Uploaded mostly for testing… but here’s something that mildly amused me.
Another sampler from an eternal work in progress. Do not ask when this is coming out. The answer is likely never…
Most people lose a life on an overwhelming obstacle or tough enemy. I lose a life on the stupidest thing. Other than that, fun game.
A playthrough of the 2017 Steam release, Tetropunk. No commentary – just all the gameplay and screw-ups.
A shorter video review will be posted this weekend on the other channel.
I posted this on the Youtube channel during the week, but haven’t bothered to make a post on this until now… so here we are.
The idea is simple; start up the awful Nice Code game Animal Contest via the 500-in-1 cart onto a top loading NES, place an elastic band over the A button on my NES Advantage joystick and set the DVD Recorder to record four hours worth of Animal Contest rubbish. If you thought a near 10 minute video on this terrible game was something, TRY FOUR FUCKING HOURS.
Sad Fact: I had a couple extra shots on here that I wanted to include… but Vegas simply REFUSED to render such a terrible video. So I had to use my video converter thing to combine parts of the video into one long piece, hence the lack of end screen.
