The sequel to Centipede… same great taste, now with dreadful gray backdrop. Sweet.
Shanoa’s next.

Shanoa’s next.
Knocking off the 2600 Centi/Millipede combo pack this week before giving Shanoa some semblance of business that’s as close to general admission as anyone is going to get… and any dirty thoughts that might have popped up are of your own doing, so shut up.
A video document summarizing my first few months with the neglected Atari VCS (a.k.a. ATARIBOX) device from 2021. Yes, I did get my hands on an Ataribox (for cheaper than usual), I fiddled around with it for a bit, and I’ve gathered some notes on the device. Is it worth getting in 2026? Probably not, but at least, I’ve got some decent fodder out of it that will fuel video material for this webzone in the future. Expect a sequel in October because there’s more to tinker with here and this is just a sampler of… something or other.
Yes, the premiere is at 8 p.m. EST – chances are you’ll have to decide whether you want to watch another exciting edition of MJF And His Low Hanging Fruit on AEW Dynamite or some idiot fumbling with a gimmick nobody is going to buy because you can do more with a mini PC at the price point that it’s asking for. And also, yes, this was a pain in the ass to put together in more ways than one… but it’s done. And we’ll be rolling back to this thing in October via One Year Later special, which will be very exciting, I’m sure.
Sunday Gimmick Table returns with a spotlight on a Japanese PSX, followed by the usual Review material. Review A Great Game Week also happens to be next week, though your guess is as good as mine as to whether these next titles constitute as “great.” Good, maybe… we’ll see.
Believe it or not, we may have played this before.
You know what could have made this better? Ninjas… just saying.
You can find this on Atari Vault on Steam… oh wait…
“But what about Flappo Bird?” you ask.
We don’t talk about Flappo Bird ’round these parts, son.
If Vectrex can get Scramble, then Vectrex can go flying… or Super Cobra can be everywhere else. Either one works for me, I guess.
Featuring the pinnacle – the FUCKING PINNACLE – of Atari sound design.
By your command… oh wait, we can’t use that. Universal will sue…
