Sunday Gimmick Table #3 – THQ's uDraw GameTablet for Nintendo Wii

Once upon a time, an ancient video game company called THQ created a drawing tablet for Wii back in 2010 and later called it a massive mistake… but is it, really? This video doesn’t answer that, but it does show off a plastic tablet thing so… that’s something, I guess?

uDRAW Samplers

I’ve been experimenting with the uDRAW Tablet gimmick that Ubi-Soft released a few years back and I’ve uploaded some of these onto the blog. Rather than making individual posts for these things since they were all uploaded on the same day, I opted to instead compile them under one post. These samples can be viewed after the break.

A word of warning: don’t expect works of art with these as they were done very, very quickly.

Tonight's Video Will Be Delayed By A Day Or Two

But this is a good thing…

Made the jump to Vegas 15 via humble thing and despite some growing pains, I’m slowly but surely getting into the grove making this my go-to format. I’m testing out some rendering settings to see if I’m getting precisely what I got from 14 so that the transition is consistent with what came before. Therefore, there will be plenty of disasters along the way.

The general plan is to go full bore with Vegas 15 going into 2019. That means a lot of old stuff that I use needs to get some retooling or reformatting. This will take a while, but I’ll try and get regular shit going.

Bare with me, folks.

Mega Man Maker – Wily Challenge 2018-12-12

A playthrough of Mega Man Maker’s long Wily Challenge, where I play through 20+ levels of randomly chosen genius. There are some skipped levels that I couldn’t be bothered to figure out, but for the most part, it’s a solid play.

Sidenote: This is the first video I rendered with Vegas 15. Looks okay, but I’m worried about the less than HD stuff.

Corbin's RAW IS LOW

Source: https://www.f4wonline.com/wwe-news/wwe-raw-ratings-hit-another-record-low-272186

So the past couple weeks saw Baron Corbin’s RAW sink the show to new lows in the ratings and last Monday’s show began with a segment which saw top star and reigning IC champ complain about how much RAW has been sucking as of late.

Turns out telling people outright that the show sucks is NOT a formula for suck-cess and thus ratings continue to drop.

I have not been watching the show, but I’ve heard horrible things about the show; most of it revolving around the increased presence of one Baron Corbin. I’d hate to knock the guy because he’s just doing what he’s told, but honestly, it’s getting to the point where he’s becoming the male equivalent of Stephanie McMahon; somebody that prompts me to change the channel and never look back. Fortunately, I haven’t watched the show in ages and only follow through recaps, so I think I’m alright.

AWA Super Sunday (April 1983)

Time for something a little bit different.

Originally airing on April 23, 1983, it’s the American Wrestling Association’s Super Sunday extravaganza. I’m watching this on the WWE Network and while an old AWA stadium event wouldn’t be enticing to me normally, this show does contain a rather famous match that has tide shifting potential.

So Impact Wrestling Is Putting Up Old Shows On Their Youtube Channel

To celebrate their Youtube channel getting 2 million subscribers, Impact Wrestling will be uploading a couple full shows onto said channel.

Yesterday, they put up the very first NWA-TNA PPV. I wrote those on that show ages ago here.

Tomorrow, they put up the December 20, 2007 episode of TNA Impact.

And then on Friday, they put up Bound For Glory 2012.

Well, good for them, I suppose. I guess I’ll be checking those shows out eventually.
