For those who haven’t heard, former WWE Superstar Shad Gaspard (he of Cryme Time fame with JTG) and his ten-year-old son were caught in a rip current while swimming this past Sunday. He directed lifeguards to save his son first, but was unfortunately caught in a wave. His body was found a couple days later.
I remember Cryme Tyme being a pretty entertaining duo and both guys did good stuff. Those who knew Shad have said that he was a good man… and knowing that he sacrificed his life so that his son could be saved more than solidifies that claim.
Thoughts and prayers to the family.
Switch… also not made for kids.
A video review of Dragon Warrior for NES. This video is not made for kids.
An unplanned late-night Tee Witch stream with echo chamber audio, random gameplay bits, and very loud button bashing. Still a long ways to go before we hit that quality level. Featuring Mega Man Maker and a game about a dog obsessed with pantsu.
So there’s a promo on Smackdown that was cut by Kevin Owens at the beginning of the program… something about talent being underused, too many McMahons on the Tee Vee, wanting change or that sort of thing… boy, does that sound familiar?
A showcase of all bosses in Mega Man Maker v1.5.
And yes, I have a heat-seeking rocket arm… because it saves time.
A bit of a primer before the eventual v1.6 update.
There’s no Mega Man Maker run today… instead, we’re sampling the wonderfully barebones Castlevania Anniversary Collection which includes an art book and a translated Kid Dracula. Recorded late night in a vain attempt to fall asleep. Maybe I should’ve played something more boring.
A shorter review of sorts will be posted on Friday.
2025 Prescript
The following post was written in regards to the controversy and allegations surrounding Youtuber Jared “ProJared” Knabenbauer. Months after this post was made, Jared would post a video disproving a lot of what was said about him up to that point, which renders this post invalid as it was based on what has since been proven to be false information. I never did a follow-up post because I generally don’t touch on this sort of stuff, but in hindsight, I wish that I had because, again, this post was written when all the facts weren’t available or misrepresented.
Regardless, I’ve decided to keep this post up as is save for this opening statement because the fact is I’ve said these things and there’s no point in trying to hide it, but none of what is said here reflects my current thoughts on Jared, who continues to do his thing on Youtube. Maybe some day, I’ll give him another shot or two.
