A Somber Valentine
Valentine’s Day is usually a day of love and celebration.
A day where you show affection for your loved ones.
This year’s Valentine will be a somber one for me.
For it is the day that I mourn the loss of my friend…
A friend who was loved and treated well…
A friend who was there for when we needed her most…
A friend who was loyal and playful…
A friend who was loved until the very end…
A friend who presence is sorely missed.
I often hear that letting go is often the hardest part.
But I don’t believe that to be the case.
Knowing she’s in a better place brings some comfort.
But facing the void left in her place…
That’s the real hard part.
How I wish that my friend was still here…
Her warmth and love is needed most…
And can never be replaced.
This pain I feel is all too great…
This hole left behind too big to fill.
The days spent with her, always to be cherished…
The days ahead without her, not so much…
I will always embrace my short time with my friend…
I will never forget those moments – good or bad.
I will always remember my friend with great affection…
And I will always miss her dearly.
Goodbye, Sacha.
And thank you for being my friend.
Tonight We Put The Dog To Sleep

The past week has been nothing but endless, helpless suffering…
She’ll be in a better place from now on…
Goodbye, my friend…
You will be missed…

Impact (February 8th, 2024) – A So-So Show Highlights A Morbid Weekend
Coming out of a miserable weekend on the personal side of things, but fortunately, we have another episode of TNA Impact to bring some much needed good vibes to an otherwise morbid period… never did I ever think I’d be describing TNA or Impact as anything involving “good vibes.” This truly is a new era.
Well, until the next set of tapings come along, that is… then we’ve got another “new” era of TNA to endure since the departure of one of its key figures, but we’ll save that discussion for later down the road. I’d like to keep things a little upbeat for the moment.

The Last Word on DWAYNE
“Hey, kid! You wanna watch DUH ROCK go one-on-one with Roman Reigns at Wrestlemania?”
“No, thanks. I’m gonna get laid that night.”
“Okay, how about watching Cody finishing his story?”
“You mean he’s going after the 24/7 title?”
“What? No… no, you dumb fuck! No! I mean, he’s going to fight Roman for the title at Wrestlemania?”
“Wait, I thought Roman was fighting DUH ROCK at Wrestlemania?”
“Yeah, Wrestlemania Night 1.”
“What do you mean Night 1?”
“Well, Roman fights Rock at Night 1. And then he fights Cody at Night 2. That way, everyone wins!”
“Well, what about Punk?”
“Punk hurt his triceps and he’s gonna miss Mania.”
“Why is he gonna miss Mania?”
“Because he tore a tricep.”
“So what? Cody wrestled with a TORN FRICKIN’ PECK!”
“But Punk tore a muscle. He’s hurt.”
“Aw, give him a couple Z-Paks and he’ll be fine. I don’t care if you gotta Z-Pak him to death. I WANT CM PUNK TO MAIN EVENT WRESTLEMANIA!!”
“Well, that ain’t happening…”
“Oh…”
“Yep…”
“Well, what about Sasha Banks?”
“What about Sasha Banks?”
“What if she ends up in the main event and challenges Rhea Ripley for the title?”
“That’s impossible. Sasha’s on Tony Khan’s payroll…”
“WHAT?! WHADDAYAMEAN SHE’S ON THE TONY KHAN PAYROLL?!!”
“Yeah, well, she might be debuting on the Dynamite episode from Boston.”
“Oh… well, that’s cool. Nice to see they announced her debut ahead of time so they can sell some tickets.”
“Um… they didn’t announce that they signed her.”
“What do you mean? Isn’t that what Tony Khan’s ‘big announcement’ was? That he signed Sasha Banks to a contract?”
“Nah, he just announced that there’s a show in Boston… except he needs to hire some spellcheckers because they keep spelling it ‘Bo$$ton’ instead of ‘Boston’ like it’s normally spelled.”
“…”
“Kid, are you okay?”
“I’m outta here.”
“It’s late at night! Where are you going at this time?”
“I’m gonna get laid tonight.”
…
…
Yeah, I don’t know where I was going with that, either.
But yeah… so, apparently, Cody gets to finish his story at Mania.
Or so they say…
Welp…
Something Different For A Change… A Look Into Cobra Kai’s Final Season
Source: https://www.netflix.com/tudum/cobra-kai-season-6-final-season
Apparently, they’re only getting around to film Cobra Kai’s final season now and we still have no word on when it’s going to hit… so no news, then.
I’ve been rewatching Cobra Kai this past week before cancelling my Netflix subscription and honestly, it’s a good show. I missed out on the whole Karate Kid thing as a younger kid, but the show got me interested in those movies that I bought a DVD set with said movies, which I thought were alright. I found myself enjoying Part 2 more so than the other two, and Part 3, despite being a total retread of Part 1, had its moments. I even watched the 2010 “remake” with Jackie Chan… and that one is something, I guess.
I’m looking forward to seeing how the show wraps up when it finally drops. And I’m especially curious about this new Karate Kid movie that’s going to combine the two movies together. I’d imagine it won’t be a total dumpster fire, but who knows for sure?
But I’m sure that we can blame DWAYNE if things go tits up.
KNUCKLES Trailer (& Knuckles)
Well, it’s the trailer for the six-episode “event” or whatever the fuck they’re calling it… because everything has to be an “event” these days. Nothing can ever just be a mini-series or even a series.
Anyway… it’s more Knuckles… and you can do no wrong with moar Knuckles…
Unless you throw in a DWAYNE…
Something Different For A Change… Anthem Fires TNA President Scott D’Amore
Source: https://www.f4wonline.com/news/impact-wrestling/tna-wrestling-fires-scott-damore-names-new-president
Anthem shitcans Scott D’Amore – a guy who’s been with TNA since the dawn of time – and replaces him with some other dude. And shortly after they rebranded back to TNA…
So how long before they bring back the owl?
Also, can we somehow blame DWAYNE for this?
