Review #922 – Legends Of Wrestling II (Game Boy Advance)

The infamous Legends Of Wrestling II for GBA that was subject of a video review that was subject of a commentary I recorded where I expressed my disgust over how awful the game was and not the reviewer in question… but yeah, that’s a thing that happened.
For those wondering, here’s the old ROTR review of Legends Of Wrestling II on the GBA by Tommy Tallarico. Hope he’s doing well these days: https://youtu.be/8ZbyzuHBzU8

Review #915 – Castlevania: Symphony Of The Night (PSX)

Oh yeah… we’re going there.

Honestly, the fact that we’ve gotten to the point where I can feel comfortable sharing my true feelings on games that are considered bonafide classics and not giving a fuck about the backlash is rather gratifying. I mean, look. I’m not getting to Youtube superstardom or anything like that. Not aiming for that. I’d rather be me and have a few folks around to watch me share “bad” takes than a whole bunch of yes-person stragglers subscribe because I said something they agreed with.

So, no, I don’t hold Symphony in high regard. I still think it’s a good game, but this is one relic I refuse to worship for the sake of… what? I don’t know.

Anyway… moving on.

Review #914 – Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles (PSP)

True story: This was the video review that was too hot for Dailymotion last year, but Youtube took it without issue… AND with no changes to the content whatsoever. Pretty much the thing that convinced me to just stick with the Youtube thing.

Also, wave the flag in hoping Symphony moves past the Sony ecosystem and onto other systems. You know, for the fans.
