Fun With Star Wars: TIE Fighter DEMO (Long Form)

Over a half hour of me playing the TIE Fighter Demo that was released a few months before the full game came out. A drastically different beast from the final product. The quality isn’t the best (frame rate is kinda crap), but it should give people an idea on how the demo played.

A significantly shorter video with some rambling will be added on the main channel in a short bit.

Jar Jar Binks NOT Appearing In The Force Awakens…. THANK THE MAKER

From producer and Lucasfilm head honcho herself, Kathleen Kennedy pretty much gives Star Wars fans the “No Jar Jar Guarantee” that they’ve been looking. So now Mark Bussler can sleep well and anticipate this newest film like most people would. And quite frankly, so can I.

So When's That TIE Fighter Review?

With the old X-Wing and TIE Fighter games having graced GOG.com and now with proper means of recording footage of these games on hand, the question that has hung in the back of my head is when the eventual reviews for these games – but primarily TIE Fighter – will eventually grace the interwebs.

More than likely it’ll be later than sooner.

Here’s the thing with TIE Fighter. It’s a big game; not necessarily in terms of size (though it has plenty of that), but also in terms of my own personal history with the game. It’s one of the few PC games that I can safely say I’ve spent more time playing than most others. And while back in the GameFAQs days I would’ve been more than content to do a quick rubbish review, when it comes to the video version, I want to give it a little more care.

It’s a big game, a personal favorite, and something that I’d want to give it proper reverence.

I don’t know when or even if this video review will be out. It might not even be a review; it could be something else entirely… but when it’s on the verge of being unleashed, I will most definitely let you know.
