And all I can say is… meh. I suppose I don’t feel this to be as big a deal as everyone else seems to think… if only because E.T. for 2600, for all the lore that the “Great E.T. Landfill Haul” has built over the years, is about as common of a find as Pac-Man for the same system. If it was a rarity, then yeah, I could be a little more enthusiastic about this find. As it is… meh.

So with that, I guess we don’t need that AVGN movie anymore. Rather obsolete by this point… but if nothing else, it’ll probably gain more interest. If only this discovery would increase interest in a better movie on the matter, but we won’t know until the thing comes out…

Oh… on a sidenote, I like this one bit by the IGSucks blog guy; “I would love to see Chris attempt to release this on DVD, I could report him to Saban Brands!”

Yes, I’m sure you’d LOVE to report him to Saban if he somehow releases this stuff to DVD. Just like everybody else reported him to the various movie studios for the movie clips he kept on the DVDs he already released… oh wait.

The YES! Stall…

I suppose we should be happy that Daniel Bryan Danielson is champion at all, but I’m sort of getting vibes of that one guy’s one-year title reign that ended up being an afterthought compared to whatever stupid shit John Cena is doing or whatever stupid shit HHH is doing. Hey, I’m glad the Shield is getting a chance to shine with the big boys, but I just wished they spent as much effort pushing their WORLD FUCKING CHAMPION as they did… well, anything else they think is worth a damn.

There’s a fairly good chance that come Summerslam or whatever, Brock Lesnar is most likely getting his go around with the belts. And at the rate they’re booking their champion to look like a goof, it’s more than likely the match, much like the “shocking” match with Undertaker, is going to blow chunks. Why not give Bryan the same kind of title reign that Bret Hart got before he became a bitter whiner? You know, the kind where he would defend his titles against all comers, show off his stuff, and at the very least, keep the people still on board happy? It’ll at least give Bryan something to do and perhaps give him a bit more credibility in that eventual showdown with Lesnar.
I don’t know… just a thought.

Thoughts On… Eric Young As TNA World Champ

I want to nibble on TNA booking Eric Young to win their World Champion on the same week that saw Daniel Bryan Danielson get his Wrestlemania moment and win the WWE Heavyweight Championship. I was going to do this in a video log format, but I’m not really going to bother because there’s really not much to say and what I do have to say doesn’t need any mincing of words, so I’ll just say it.
