Short video thing.
New Mega Man Maker videos coming in 2026.
Whether people want them or not.
Short Story Long: Found a method of recording that doesn’t tank the framerate in the final rendered video, so I’ll be producing some material for weekly consumption starting next year.
Yes, it’s a Quickman-esque “dodge the death beams of death” inspired level. How original. It gets somewhat sketchy towards the end and there’s a couple fights to boot. If only the video output held up a little better, but it’s better than nothing (no pun intended.)
A remixed Woodman-style level with Needleman needle gimmicks peppered throughout. Not terribly exciting, but at least this one has checkpoints. Also uploaded before the update to 1.9, which looks very exciting to dive into before all the bugs and crash reports pop up. In any case, enjoy.
In other blog-related news, today’s scheduled review (#1100!) on Tron: Solar Sailer (groan) has been pushed back to tomorrow since there’s stuff I want to keep working on there. But don’t expect the greatest gameplay because this game (spoilers) isn’t very good.
Mega Man falls into another hole after a grueling battle with the mad doctor, but it’s a hole of fiendish traps and only one mystery box as your reprieve.
A romp in the seedy mines where buzzsaws and explosive crates reside. If people thought Purple Skies was Kaizo-ish (for whatever reason), they probably shouldn’t play this.
