Sunday Gimmick Table #26 – Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Tiger Handheld Game (202x)

Back by popular demand… because if they’ll bring back Plumbers Don’t Wear Ties, they’ll bring back anything…

Full disclosure: A majority of the footage seen here was recorded ages ago, so to make it seem new-ish, there’s an extra bit of gameplay and even some recent dubbing added in.

But yeah, Hasbro saw fit to remake and/or re-release a number of vintage Tiger Electronics handheld games and one of them was a Power Rangers game that I, obviously, bought. It’s not the one from my youth, but it’s… certainly something, I guess.

Sunday Gimmick Table #20 – Hyperkin Retron1 (from 2016)

Recycling a segment from an old Christmas thing and turning it into a video six years later, it’s the Hyperkin Retron 1 from 2016. Just so this doesn’t come across as a total copy-and-paste job (though, let’s be honest, it is), there’s an extra bit at the end that’s brand new. Anyway, it’s better than nothing and I didn’t need ten Kickstarters to pull it off.
Would’ve been nice, though.
Yes, there’s a glitch in the opening titles. It stays in.
