It’s a hard drive enclosure that looks like a vintage cassette tape… but does it play like one? The answer is no, of course not, why are you asking silly questions? Anyway, in this video, I add a hard drive into the thing and check if it works.

Call it a “season finale” if you wish. I call it an extended break until October. Either way, what better way to end this current stretch than to revisit an old piece of hardware and try some new stuff with it?

The Tetris Pocket Player mentioned in the last video… yeah, I found one of those. Hope it’s better than the arcade thing.

There are no words for something that have had words for it in other forms before… but I manage a few at the end because we require engagement or something. I dunno…

It’s a pocket player thing with sports games played by a guy who’s not a sports guy, so gameplay is going to be terrible regardless. As if that’s ever been an issue… meh.

A cheap and efficient way of playing Street Fighter II on your coffee table… or you could get a Switch/SteamDeck/whatever portable that can play the 30th Anniversary Collection or Arcade Stadium or whatever you have SF2 available on… or maybe play something else, instead. I guess…
