We need more clueless gamers than we need angry ones.

Capcom Cashcows Turns 25 In A Single Line
XBOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONE
It’s no longer up, but there was footage from the recent EVO 2013 event where the upcoming Killer Instinct game for Xbox One (as well as the console itself) was booed heavily. This is both hysterical and disgusting at the same time. On the one hand, you can’t help but feel for the presenters who were trying to promote a game (that looks pretty decent, for the most part) and they get this near venomous reaction that is more to do with the brand they’re associated with than anything they themselves have done… but on the other hand, it’s somewhat hilarious that a good chunk of the folks booing the game and crying “Death To Xbox One” or whatever… yeah, chances are they already pre-ordered the fucking thing.
Absolutely ridiculous…
Gamers Can't Beat World 1-1… of Super Mario Bros.
Might make for decent vlog material… but really…
VIDEO – Ouya Outsells Xbone… On Amazon… In Canada.
Rich the ReviewTechUSA guy did a video regarding Amazon sales figures and stuff… only thing that caught my eye was Ouya outselling Xbox One in Amazon Canada. Not surprising since I can’t find the fucking thing anywhere… still, that has to be a sore spot of Microsoft.
Street Fighter Is Killing Fighting Games… ORLY?

Good for a laugh… just like the next bit of news above.
Xbox 180

An excellent decision. Where’s my imaginary chef puppet?
Seriously, Microsoft made a good move here. Especially if they want to continue the pretense of actually having customers.
To those who wanted DRM-loaded digital content and are pissed by the setbacks of Microsoft’s decision, there’s a really nice platform you can go for that does all this and more. It’s called your computer. See also iPhone, iPad, Android, iDontCare, iThis, iThat, iWhat, etc. etc. etc.
Mega Mang
A friend of mine inquired about the whole Mega Man in the upcoming Smash Bros game and the only thing that crossed my mind is… “Okay, that’s kinda cool. Is there any new Mega Man coming up? This is supposed to be the 25th Anniversary of Mega Man here.”
I’m feeling a bit iffy about the whole deal here, actually. Other than a Mega Man fangame being endorsed, a few rereleases of the NES games here and there, and a Smash Bros. stint, what else is Capcom doing with the 25th anniversary of their Blue Bomber character that put them on the map? Where’s the new Mega Man game? I don’t care which version comes out. Just a new Mega Man game would be nice.
So far, this 25th Anniversary is something of a bust for me… oh well.
What Have You Done, Microsoft?
First, there was the Xbox. Then, there was the Xbox 360. Now comes XBOX… One…
From this revelation, I’ve learned the following;
Playstation 4 > Xbox ONE
Retron 5 > Xbox ONE
Nintendo 64 > Xbox ONE
Windows 98 > Xbox ONE
Atari 7800 > Xbox ONE
Because everything is greater than ONE… and stuff.
Oh wait… almost forgot. X68000 > Xbox ONE.
Superman II > Xbox ONE.
Anybody else got some stupid Xbox One jokes? Get them out in the open before Microsoft starts retroactively purging them from existence. Or something. I don’t know. I’m going to bed. Good night.
The Retron 5

I’d share some thoughts, but I got an audio recording to fill, so I’ll share them then… Sunday.
