May 22nd, 2005 – DUDE! Where Are The Predictions?!
It’s been brought to my attention that there was a WWE Smackdown PPV last night where Rey Mysterio Jr. retained his World Title (which doubles as his trailer park) against John Bradshaw Layfield despite losing to both Mizark Henry and some other giant pile of shit in the previous weeks. It’s been also brought to my attention that I hadn’t done a solid predictions list since either Backlash… which isn’t SO bad considering that it’s only been a month.
Hey, what can I say? I forgot and didn’t have much motivation to throw one together a day before the PPV. Let’s just forget about the past PPV and think about the upcoming PPVs from WWE, TNA, and WWECW.
That, and I haven’t been watching Smackdown as of late, so other than a brief glimpse of last week’s main event featuring the star of the main event box office bomb.
Okay, I’m done.
By the way, to those who missed it, my review of Kane’s movie is on IMDB. You can either browse there or click on the link in the preceding post below. Quite simply, it’s a fairly decent B-movie for the wrong reasons. What reasons, you ask? Read and learn, kids.
May 31st, 2005 – Coming Soon…
So a couple quick announcements regarding future content in the near future.
First off, I’m bringing back the Bite commentary series. For the three people who can recall, I used to do some long-form “commentary” pieces on the old Webstation and stopped around 2004 because the blog became a thing. The thought occurred to bring this feature back and give the Webstation some meat again. And so the Bite returns on June 6th, 2006… 06-06-06.

The other piece of update news regards the old comic reviews that I wrote for the Fremto store page, which recently underwent an overhaul that resulted in said reviews being taken down. I’ve no ill will towards the guys and appreciate the small number of views they’ve afforded me. However, since those reviews are gone from that page, I’ve opted to post them here. They’ll be posted every once in a while and left largely unaltered, but at least they’ll have a home.
