Just a fun little thing.

What is the story of the hidden room in Bram’s Mansion?
First discovered by famed vampire hunter Simon Belmont, this curious chamber, hidden behind a false wall of illusion, is a rather unremarkable room. It holds no treasures, no books, no furniture or anything else of worth. It is a cramp yet still spacious chamber covered in filth and mildew, its only source of light coming from the body of water that sits underneath the platform upon which the room was built. It is, for all intents and purposes, a simple, pointless chamber. For the typical adventurer, their only companions would the occasional cursed slime that would emerge from the waters below.
And yet for as seemingly non-descript as this chamber may be, it is also one of Transylvania’s most baffling mysteries.
Generations have passed since the days of Simon Belmont. In those days, Bram Mansion had remained largely abandoned over the centuries. Other vampire hunters, including other members of the Belmont clan, would fulfill their role in the eternal battle against evil, but not one of these brave souls dare make a step in Bram Mansion. Neither hero nor villain made their residency there… and so the mystery of the hidden room remained that. A mystery.
And then… for the first time in 300 years, the front doors to Bram’s Mansion were opened. A new visitor has entered the house.
A pale-skinned man with long flowing silver hair wearing an old-fashioned overcoat with a cape over it, entered the hallowed halls of the mansion. Time has not been kind to the mysterious house. Where there was water, only dirt remained. Cracks in the wall were the only source of illumination aside from the open door and those walls that separated rooms and halls are either falling apart or long since gone.
The pale man made his way deeper into the mansion, surveying his surroundings. Not a living soul to be found anywhere on these grounds… nor were there undead ones for that matter. The few bodily remains found in the place have been there for ages, slain long ago either by the last Belmont who ventured into these place or perhaps… through other means. Eventually, the pale man reached his destination and looked on stoically. His stone expressionless face betrays his confusion to what is before him.
The hidden room with the false wall… it’s still there… and the wall is still up…
Casting aside whatever doubt laid in his mind, the pale man entered the hidden room. He didn’t know what to expect, other than an empty room. And as he emerged into the hidden room, it was largely as he expected. A small room that is deceptively cavernous, nothing overly special or unique about it… but something caught the pale man’s eye; a brown book, smack dab in the center of the room with a beam of light over it. The pale man’s brow furrowed before he slowly approached the book. Gingerly, he lifted the dusty tome and studied it for a moment; a dusty leather-bound brown book. Looking to be a hundred pages within. He opened the book to the first page and was surprised by its first words.
“Congratulations, Alucard,” the first line read, “You now rule Bram’s Mansion.”
The pale man stared blankly at those words for a moment. He wasn’t sure exactly what he was expecting, but this was the furthest thing from his mind. He turned the page and found something equally baffling; the remaining pages were cut in the middle to make room for a small vial containing an opaque blue liquid. The pale man plucked the vial from the book, tossing the latter away before staring intently at the vial. After a moment of thought, he pulled off the stopper and drank the liquid. The pale man grimanced; it was a sour taste. And then, something happened…

An hour had passed since the pale man stepped into Bram’s Mansion. Whatever happened to him… who can say? Instead, out walked a slim, black-haired man with fare complexion and a fashionable suit. He briefly turned his head back to take one last look at the mansion before he pulled out a cellular phone. Dialing a few numbers, he rung a call.
“Hello?”
“Yeah, it’s me,” the man said, “I’m done here. You can tear this place down.”
And so they did… and Bram’s Mansion became a complete mystery.
THE END
Or is it?
