TNA going on the road for the Impact tapings?
Great idea. It’s long overdue, as a matter of fact. They need an audience that’s actually going to be receptive and excited about their product. They need an audience that’s actually willing to PAY MONEY to watch their live TV tapings and they’re not going to be getting that from an Impact Zone full of tourists and plants. It doesn’t matter how good or bad your wrestling show is; the crowd is often a key component that can make or break your show. And the lifeless Impact Zone, more often than not, was not the best crowd to work in front of.
So yeah, I’m all for TNA going on the road for their Impact tapings and PPVs even. Of course, word has it that WWE is already preparing their old predatory tactics of blocking TNA from hosting their shows at various arenas… because that’s what they do to their competition.
“But wait!” one anonymous WWE employee says, “TNA isn’t competition!”
Well, I say… … … … … … … … “You suck.”
Later.
