RAW (Apr. 26th, 2010) – Shaking Things Up By Doing Fuck All

Saw the three hour RAW and… it was okay. Not much to say about the actual show itself. The only thing of significance is that the Hart Dynasty won the Unified Tag Titles and Big Show punched Miz out. Also, Bret Hart declared The Mountie as the greatest Intercontinental champion of all time… which I’m sure makes Honky happy to hear. Then again, I’m surprised Bret didn’t declare himself the greatest IC champ, but whatever.

The draft on the other hand… oh dear.

To RAW goes John Morrison, R-Truth, Edge, and Chris Jericho. Okay, fair enough.

To Smackdown goes Kelly Kelly, Big Show, Coffee Kingston, and Christian.

I see no major changes here whatsoever. I mean, Cena’s still there. You couldn’t trade Cena over to Smackdown?

Seriously, you tell me that it’s time to shake things up and yet nothing is shaken up. I still have a main event featuring Cuck John Fena? Brilliant.

And are you fucking kidding me? Cena vs. Batista? AGAIN? I mean, sure they do some decent TV, but do we really need another match where Cena wins AGAIN? I guess this is going to be the Loser Leaves Town match that’s going to send Big Dave off?

So, WWE’s Supplemental Drafts was recently posted and the results are as follows (in no particular order whatsoever)

The Great Khali (with his manager whose name I forget) is drafted to RAW. The guy needs to turn heel so that he can be WWE Champ at the expense of Cuck Fena.

Chavo Guerrero (who I forgot was still employed) is drafted to Smackdown. Seriously, this came as a surprise to me. I thought he was canned ages ago, but I guess not. Hopefully, they’ll find something for him to do.

Cody Rhodes (who is apparently forgotten about after Legacy) is drafted to Smackdown. Will the other Rhodes boy take his place?

Goldust is drafted to RAW. The answer is yes.

Ezekiel Jackson, the final ECW Champion *sob*, is drafted to RAW. I fail to care. Sorry.

Hornswoggle is drafted to Smackdown and good riddance if you ask me.

Unified Tag Champs The Hart Dynasty and Natalya is drafted to RAW… which means nothing at the moment because they can appear on both shows since they’re the tag champs and have that right. But nice to know I’ll be seeing more of Nattie on my screen.

Rosa Mendes is drafted to Smackdown. I don’t know this person. Sorry.

Montel Vontavious Porter is drafted to Smackdown… where he will proceed to do nothing. Oh well.

All in all, fairly evenly distributed changes that will no doubt mean nothing in the long run, but let’s bask in the fact that the three-hour RAW program scored a 3.1 rating while the lowly Impact show (that I’ve yet to catch) got a 0.5 rating. To be fair, the WWE Draft was the bigger (if not disappointing) deal this week and nothing really significant happened on Impact other than the fact that Abyss now has two Hall of Fame rings and is about ten steps closer to becoming Parallax… oh wait.
